Each month a new activity calendar is developed. Below are some of the regular ongoing activities that are included in each month's schedule.

(AR) Activity Room (GR) Gathering Room (StR) Sitting Room (SR) Sunshine Room end of 300 Wing (DR) Dining Room (GAR) Garden Room off the Sitting Room ****************************** MONDAY Shopping happens Monday and Thursday afternoon. The bus leaves at 1:30. Residents may also go to the Library, Beauty Shop, or go to other locations. Shopping time is from 1:30-4:00. Helen's Harp in the Activity room is every Monday at 2:00. Join Helen for some great music and conversation. TUESDAY Mass (AR) is celebrated by staff of St. Peter’s Parish the first Tuesday of the month at 10:30 in the Deschutes Activity Room. Nail Care (AR) is every Wednesday (unless otherwise noted) of the month at 1:30. This is a chance to get fingernails trimmed and painted while chatting with friends and neighbors. Resident Council (AR) meets the third Tuesday of the month at 2:30. Ed Bonham is the Resident Council President. All Residents are encouraged to attend.
WEDNESDAY
Menu Meeting (DR) is a chance to visit with our Food Services staff about the next menu. The menu will be reviewed as a group, giving all Residents the opportunity to have input on what is served. The Menu meeting is once a month at 1:30. Bingo (AR) is every Wednesday and Friday at 3:00. THURSDAY The Dalles Chamber Ambassador’s Meeting (AR) is held in the Activity Room the third Thursday of the month at 8:00 am. Shopping see Monday. Wine and Cheese is enjoyed in the West wing Columbia Activity Room every Thursday at 2:00. Join in the fun and try different varieties of cheese and wine. Prayer and Bible Study (AR) is led by Pastor Neil Porter every Thursday afternoon at 3:15 and Sunday's at 3:00. Enjoy music and Bible Study. FRIDAY Bingo (AR) every Friday at 3:00. Out and About Van Rides are a scenic tour in and around The Dalles weather permitting on Friday's at 1:15. SATURDAY
Saturday's - This is the day we usually enjoy travel about The Columbia Gorge visiting local museum's, sight's and resturant's. Saturday Afternoon Movie (StR) is a chance to see a great movie in the Sitting Room each Saturday at 1:30 pm.
SUNDAY
Prayer Time (AR) is a Catholic communion service. Sunday Service (AR) is an interdenominational service conducted by Pastors Neil and Mary Lou Porter every Sunday at 3:00.
EVERY MONDAY-FRIDAY
Get Fit (AR) is an exercise class for active walking adults who have successfully participated in the Rise n’ Stretch class. This class meets at 9:25 am. News and Funnies (StR) happens at 10:00 am in the 10th street sitting room. Sit & Be Fit (AR) held in the Columbia Activity Room at 10:25 am. *************************************** All Special Events will be posted on the bulletin boards.
