We have made a concentrated effort to hire the best in the industry. This means that we take the time to recruit the right person to lead each community. Our Operations, Regional and HR Managers provide resources and hands on support to our Directors. This gives each Director more time to devote to residents, families and staff.
Mill Creek Point is managed by Grayco LLC. Grayco LLC has over fifteen years experience in the Assisted Living industry. We specialize in managing Assisted Living and Retirement communities. Our communities are locally owned and unique. Each one reflects the values and preferences of the their individual geographic location.
